Baking Soda

Baking soda can be used to reduce the appearance of keloid scars by promoting healthy skin layer development. It also serves as an abrasive and helps to detach the dead skin cells, keeping it free from dirt and debris. Please mix one teaspoon of baking soda with three teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide. Apply this mixture to the affected area using a cotton ball. Leave for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water. Please do this 3 or 4 times for at least 1 month to shrink keloid scars.

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is very effective in treating keloid scars. It helps keep the skin moist enough and it also helps in regenerating damaged skin surfaces. There is also a cooling effect to reduce itching. Open the leaves of Aloe vera and extract the gel. Apply a light coating of Aloe vera gel to the area. Please allow it to dry alone so that the drug's properties are completely absorbed by the skin. Please apply 5 or 6 times daily for several days. Note: This treatment is ideal for fresh scars. There is no effect on scars over 1 year old.

Lemon Juice

It turned out that lemon juice is very effective for gentle keloid scars. It has vitamin C (a powerful antioxidant that helps to eliminate different types of scars including keloid scars). Other elements of lemon juice also help to regenerate and repair broken skin. Please extract juice from one medium fresh lemon. Please apply juice to the scar. Leave it for about 30 minutes and rinse with warm water. Pat dry and apply some moisturizing lotion to keep the region moisturized. This is done daily twice a day to get good results. If this treatment is used on a regular basis, you will see substantial changes in the shade of the top layer of skin cells.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is an excellent home remedy to get rid of keloid scars. A specific element of apple cider vinegar helps to remove fat deposits beneath your skin. In addition, its acidic nature peels off and softens your skin, in turn reduces the appearance of the scar. Put 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in 1 cup of water. Apply solution to affected area using cotton ball. Leave for half an hour and rinse with water. Please continue with this treatment 3 or 4 times during the week.

Garlic

Garlic is very effective in reducing the appearance of keloid scars. Garlic extract influences fibroblast proliferation, which causes keloid scarring & spine growth. Crush 3 or 4 fresh garlic cloves. Apply crushed garlic to the afflicted area and leave it for about 15 minutes. After that, please wash with warm water. Pat dry and apply some moisturizing lotion. Follow this simple treatment every day for about a month to get a positive result. You can also apply garlic oil to the affected skin twice a month in order to lighten the injuries. If garlic oil gives you discomfort, please rinse off immediately with lukewarm water.

Lavender essential oil contains skin cell rejuvenation characteristics that can treat keloid scars. Besides, this essential oil increases skin recovery. Soak the cotton ball in lavender oil and dry it on the affected area. Massage the area gently for 15 minutes. When oil is absorbed by the skin, the scar will soften and begin to recover. Massage for 10 minutes, leave it on for at least 20 minutes, please rinse with cold water. Please follow this treatment once a day until you get a positive result.

Extra virgin olive oil can also improve the appearance of keloid scars. Extra virgin olive oil has a high acidity level that peels off the outer skin layers. Put a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and apply it to the affected area. Please gently massage the area using small circulation movement until the oil is completely absorbed by the skin.
