Symptoms include accelerated heartbeat, anxiety, body pain, dizziness, bad breath, headache, lethargy, nausea, photophobia, sensitivity to loud sounds, irritability, fatigue, stomach ache, erratic motor functions and vomiting.

Drinking water is the best way to get rid of hangover signs. The body needs water to process alcohol. Please aim to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water throughout the day. In addition to water, you can drink several cups of electrolyte filled water to replenish the lost electrolytes.

Lemon can help balance the body by controlling the blood glucose level and changing the body's pH level. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to fresh lemon juice and hot water in a glass.
